Teresa Performed the Eulogy at my Wife, Nancy’s Celebration of Life on 1/25/2025. It the outset I explained that we were not having this at a funeral home.  I’m setting this up in my Daughter Betty’s yard with tents, tables, flowers, butterfly prayer and release, food and etc. I also wanted to deliver my own version of the eulogy.

Teresa was wonderful. She figured out how to make all this work together to make it the best Celebration of Life that we could. She asked a lot of questions about our family and Nancy’s life. She took this information and very eloquently assembled a schedule of events, a eulogy that covered Nancy’s life from start to finish and what was going on the world at the same time Nancy was living and what encumbrances she had at that time. My eulogy provided specifics and joined well with her introductions.

This Celebration of Life went so smoothly that we had several compliments from everyone saying it was the best they ever attended. Teresa played a big part in this! Therefore, I would recommend her to coordinate and eulogize your Celebration of Life as I don’t believe you will find a better person to perform this wonderful service. Thank You Again Teresa.

How much are your notary services?

We charge a different rate for each service, competitive with the market. To get an exact quote for your service needs, feel free to call or text me anytime. Many documents will be $10 per Notary Stamp for individual documents + Travel Fee however, specialty services such as Loan Signings, Estate Planning, Trusts, Wills, and Apostilles, and etc. will include additional fees/charges due to the complexity of these services.

What major cities do you provide mobile notary services to?

I provide mobile notary services to all of the following areas:

Riverview, Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Brandon, Valrico, Gibsonton, Apollo Beach, Ruskin, Sun City Center, Sun City, Wimauma, Seffner, Dover, and all other surrounding communities - Just call or text to see if I can accommodate your area.

What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?

Please have the required documentation with you at the time of the signing - but Do Not sign your documents before you meet with me or they will not be valid. You will need a valid ID, Military ID, or Passport. If you do not provide the unsigned documents and proper ID, we will not be able to complete the service.

What are your travel fees?

Within 20 miles of Riverview is $35, Within 30 miles of Riverview is $45. Should you be outside of the 30-miles or outside of Hillsborough County, please call for travel pricing.

How soon can I book a signing?

You can book an appointment as soon as you need to. I understand that life doesn't always give you a few days notice. Just contact me to find out how soon I can meet with you. I always do my best to accommodate your request, especially on emergency situations involving hospitals and nursing homes. For hospitals and nursing homes, I consider myself "On Call" so families can get their notary needs handled as soon as possible.

Do you provide a witness if I need one?

Yes, I do have a couple of witnesses that are happy to assist. The charge for providing a witness is $25 per witness. This fee is paid directly to the witness by you via cash, check, or cash app.

Do you offer Remote Online Notary Services?

Yes, I am currently waiting (as of 7/29/25) for Florida to approve my Remote Online Notary (RON) application. I should be receiving my RON commission any day now. I am signed up with the RON Platform called Blue Notary. If you want to do your documents via RON, please contact me and I'll let you know if I am able to do it for you. If I have not been approved yet for RON, then I can meet up with you to take care of your notarization. If you only want to do the RON, then I can refer you to another notary who is already commissioned as a RON.
