Mobile Notary: I provide mobile notary services which means I will meet you at a location that works for you. I can meet you at your home, office, hospital, hospice center, nursing home, community center, or a local fast food place, coffee shop, library, or etc.
Remote Online Notary (RON): Once I am a RON Certified Notary then we can make your notarizations even easier for you. Once approved by FL, I can then send you a link to my remote online platform, you would schedule your appointment with me, upload your document that needs notarized, the RON platform will lead you step-by-step on how to scan your ID, and then we can connect and get your document notarized. It will be an extremely easy process. As of today, July 29, 2025, I am still waiting on FL approval, but it shouldn't be much longer before I receive my RON Certificate.

I am an Ordained Minister - Weddings: I have a real heart for Weddings. Bringing people together for one of the happiest days of their lives is so heartwarming and it's so special to be a part of that marriage union. Just as with being a mobile notary, I will come to you. We can discuss what type of vows you have in mind whether traditional, your own vows, or a combination of both. It's your day so we will do it your way.
I am an Ordained Minister - Funeral Eulogies: I have a huge heart for doing Funeral Eulogies. I have done eulogies in both the traditional setting and also in a private/home setting. I take great pride in delivering a personalized tribute of respect, honor, love, and memories. Being trusted by families who are going through one of the saddest and hardest moments in their life is a true honor. I speak with family members to get a good sense of who their loved was and I ask a lot of questions so I can create a heartfelt tribute that will be a reflection of love and comfort. Comfort knowing that the final gathering for their loved one, was a beautiful farewell full of love, respect, honor, and dignity.

Teresa Performed the Eulogy at my Wife, Nancy’s Celebration of Life on 1/25/2025. It the outset I explained that we were not having this at a funeral home. How much are your notary services?
We charge a different rate for each service, competitive with the market. To get an exact quote for your service needs, feel free to call or text me anytime. Many documents will be $10 per Notary Stamp for individual documents + Travel Fee however, specialty services such as Loan Signings, Estate Planning, Trusts, Wills, and Apostilles, and etc. will include additional fees/charges due to the complexity of these services.
What major cities do you provide mobile notary services to?
I provide mobile notary services to all of the following areas:
Riverview, Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Brandon, Valrico, Gibsonton, Apollo Beach, Ruskin, Sun City Center, Sun City, Wimauma, Seffner, Dover, and all other surrounding communities - Just call or text to see if I can accommodate your area.
What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?
Please have the required documentation with you at the time of the signing - but Do Not sign your documents before you meet with me or they will not be valid. You will need a valid ID, Military ID, or Passport. If you do not provide the unsigned documents and proper ID, we will not be able to complete the service.
What are your travel fees?
Within 20 miles of Riverview is $35, Within 30 miles of Riverview is $45. Should you be outside of the 30-miles or outside of Hillsborough County, please call for travel pricing.
How soon can I book a signing?
You can book an appointment as soon as you need to. I understand that life doesn't always give you a few days notice. Just contact me to find out how soon I can meet with you. I always do my best to accommodate your request, especially on emergency situations involving hospitals and nursing homes. For hospitals and nursing homes, I consider myself "On Call" so families can get their notary needs handled as soon as possible.
Do you provide a witness if I need one?
Yes, I do have a couple of witnesses that are happy to assist. The charge for providing a witness is $25 per witness. This fee is paid directly to the witness by you via cash, check, or cash app.
Do you offer Remote Online Notary Services?
Yes, I am currently waiting (as of 7/29/25) for Florida to approve my Remote Online Notary (RON) application. I should be receiving my RON commission any day now. I am signed up with the RON Platform called Blue Notary. If you want to do your documents via RON, please contact me and I'll let you know if I am able to do it for you. If I have not been approved yet for RON, then I can meet up with you to take care of your notarization. If you only want to do the RON, then I can refer you to another notary who is already commissioned as a RON.
